At Dory’s Jewellery, we carefully pack every order to make sure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

Delivery Cost

All UK deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £4.

This delivery fee will be added at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 working days.

As many of our pieces are handmade, please allow a little extra time during busy periods, pop-up events, or holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been posted, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the postal service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to delays outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
