Refund & Returns Policy
At Dory’s Jewellery, every piece is handmade with care and checked before being sent or sold.
14-Day Returns
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging, where possible
- Returned with proof of purchase

Return Delivery Costs
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives broken, faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken, damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Custom or Personalised Items
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Natural Stone Disclaimer
Please note that natural stones may vary slightly in colour, shape, pattern, and texture. Small natural marks or differences are not considered faults — they are part of what makes each piece unique.
Items Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds for damage caused by misuse, accidental pulling, improper care, normal wear and tear, or repairs/alterations made by someone else.
